What drew me to sad nuggie was the adoption videos. So I bought my first Sad Nuggie as a birthday gift for myself, for starters I think they overlooked my note at checkout as my nuggie didnt come with the requested drink and sauce stickers. Adoption video never posted, emailed on Instagram and was promised they would post it on tiktok, but got a response again that they were chosing to focus on public requested shop tours, etc. I recently got a response that my adoption video is a draft not yet posted, and they made things right by offering to mail extra stickers which is really appreciated, as I was a bit disappointed when my nuggie's adoption video wasnt up and his requested stickers were missing. The nuggie himself is precious I got a cowboy nuggie and named him Chuck Nuggis !
