North America Shipping:

*At this time, there have been no reports of tariff charges on Nuggie's crossing into the USA. We ship to the USA daily*

We're staying updated with our shipping partners and border customs to navigate any changes as the executive order unfolds.

Overseas Shipping:

We do not recommend PostNL unless you don't mind waiting upwards of a few weeks with little tracking updates. It is an extremely cheap option, but it isn't the most reliable.

We recommend using an expedited method via UPS for a better experience.

All orders include tracking unless otherwise specified. We ship to most countries. For international addresses that don’t appear during checkout, please contact our team for a custom order link.

We offer free standard shipping to:

  • North America: Orders over $75 USD

Sad Nuggie has partnered with a variety of shipping Couriers to keep costs low for our customers. You can find the estimated shipping rates and times below.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • North America: Starting from 10 USD
  • United Kingdom: Starting from 15 GBP
  • Europe: Starting from 15 Euro
  • Australia: Starting from 20 AUD
  • Rates vary based on the order and chosen shipping method at checkout. Express options are available.

Estimated Standard Shipping Times:

  • Canada: 1-5 business days
  • United States: 1-5 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-10 business days worldwide

Order Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on order volume, and typically range from 1-2 weeks during busy periods. While we aim to process in-stock orders within 24 hours, custom items may take additional time. Orders are processed daily except weekends.

Shipping Policy

Sad Nuggie is not responsible for any possible duties or custom fees incurred on your package. You are solely responsible for these. Please note that these are completely out of our control and can happen to anyone anywhere in the world.

If you choose to refuse shipment and return the item to us, you will only be refunded for the product, not the shipping.

Sad Nuggie does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, untracked or missing packages, or missing packages that are marked delivered. We also do not take responsibility for packages damaged during transit by our shipping partners.

The Sad Nuggie team does their best to make sure your package arrives in a timely manner but please note that the Sad Nuggie team has no control once the package has been shipped.

Reships

If a package is lost during transit or returned, please get in touch with our team. We will be able to assess the situation and see what can be done to get your package to you.

It is your sole responsibility to enter the correct shipping information. If your order has shipped and you realize you made a mistake with your address, you must wait until the package is returned to us for a reship. We can reship your order if you pay the shipping again. 

Missing or Faulty Product

If an item is missing or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-orders do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend purchasing pre-orders and regular items separately. Orders containing both will ship together once pre-order items are in stock.
