I was so excited to see my nuggie in a video but I was sadly disappointed by not getting any video of my nugs adoption. He got home safely but it would’ve been cool to get what I paid for.

Your adoption video has already been filmed. We film every single adoption centre video for our customers. We currently have a backlog of videos that are scheduled to go out but we can only post so many in a day. Yours is in line. We didn't want you to have to wait to get your plush, so we sent it out first. Your video will be posted this week, if not later today.

If you would like a refund instead, you can contact our team and we will be happy to do so. We don't want anyone feeling disappointed.
