What You’ll Do:

• Ensure smooth, accurate order fulfillment by selecting the most cost-effective and reliable shipping options.
• Handle international shipping logistics, including HS code classification and customs declarations.
• Solve logistical challenges, such as address issues and shipping cost optimizations.
• Manage lost package inquiries, open claims, and communicate with logistics companies to resolve shipping issues.
• Collaborate with fulfillment and customer service teams to maintain a seamless shipping experience.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in shipping and logistics—experience with systems like ClickShip, Stallion, or similar platforms is an asset but not required (we will train you!).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing shipments and tracking costs.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and external shipping providers.
