Shipping Locations, Pricing & Times

North America Shipping:

*Our American customers have not reported tariff charges on Nuggie's crossing into the USA. We ship to the USA daily. We will keep this updated daily with any new information.*

We're staying updated with our shipping partners and border customs to navigate any changes as the executive order unfolds.

Overseas Shipping:

We do not recommend PostNL unless you are willing to wait upwards of a few weeks with little tracking updates. It is a cheaper option, but it isn't the most reliable.

We recommend using an expedited method via UPS for a better experience.

All orders include tracking. We ship to most countries. For international addresses that don’t appear during checkout, please get in touch with our team for a custom order link.

We offer free standard shipping to:

  • North America: Orders over $75

We currently do not offer free shipping outside North America. We are looking for a way to provide this soon.

Sad Nuggie has partnered with various shipping Couriers to keep costs as low as we can for our customers. The estimated shipping rates and times are below.

Estimated Standard Shipping Rates:

  • North America: Starting from 8 USD
  • United Kingdom: Starting from 14 GBP
  • Europe: Starting from 15 Euro
  • Australia: Starting from 30 AUD
  • Rates vary based on the order size, live rates from our partners, and chosen shipping method at checkout. Express options are available.

Estimated Standard Shipping Times:

  • Canada: 1-7 business days
  • United States: 1-7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-5 business days worldwide

Order Processing Times

Processing times may vary depending on order volume and typically range from 1 to 2 weeks during busy periods. While we aim to process in-stock orders within 24 hours, custom items may take additional time. Orders are processed daily except on weekends.

NOTE: SHIPPING TIMES ARE DIFFERENT THAN PROCESSING TIMES.

Shipping Policy

Sad Nuggie is not responsible for any possible duties or custom fees incurred on your package. You are solely responsible for these. Please note that these are completely out of our control and can happen to anyone anywhere in the world.

Upon receiving the item overseas, customers may need to pay a 13% VAT. This is not a charge we set; that is the government.

If you choose to refuse shipment and return the item to us, you will only receive a refund for the item, not your shipping cost.

Sad Nuggie does not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages, untracked or missing packages, or missing packages marked delivered. We also do not take responsibility for packages damaged during transit by our shipping partners.

The Sad Nuggie team does its best to ensure that your package arrives on time, but please note that the Sad Nuggie team has no control over the package once it has been shipped.

Reships

Please get in touch with our team if a package is lost during transit or returned. We will be able to assess the situation and see what can be done to get your package to you.

It is your sole responsibility to enter the correct shipping information. If your order has shipped and you realize you made a mistake with your address, you must wait until the package is returned to us for a reship. We can reship your order if you pay the shipping again. 

Missing or Faulty Product

If an item is missing or damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Pre-Order Shipping

We recommend purchasing pre-orders and regular items separately. Once pre-order items are in stock, orders containing both will ship together.
